Star ratings are important, but what matters more is what the reviews actually say. Are homeowners describing specific details, like how the contractor handled an older home with uneven walls, or how they communicated during a two-week project? Or are the reviews vague, generic, and posted in suspicious clusters?
Take a few minutes to read through detailed customer reviews. Look for mentions of punctuality, cleanliness, and whether the contractor stuck to the timeline they promised. A pattern of homeowners describing the same strengths, project after project, speaks volumes.
Ask About Waterproofing Certifications
